Every home is automatically covered under the manufacturers warranty for any defects that are structural, electrical, plumbing or workmanship related for one year that may have occurred during the manufacturing of your home.

What does setup include?
Setup includes assembling home sections, installing supports, leveling home, closing up the roof, interior and exterior dry wall work, and water and sewer connections.
What does setup NOT include?
Permits, gas or electric connection, skirting, steps, tie downs, water pressure regulator, special equipment used to position home, and interior paint.
What kind of foundation do I need for my manufactured home?
This question is best answered by the County where the home will be installed. Different Counties have different requirements. For specific questions, please call your County Building Department.
